Privacy Policy
This page describes exactly what this site processes and what it does not.
1. The image you choose
The image you choose is opened and saved again only inside your browser. The image, its file name and its dimensions are never sent to or stored on a server, and they are not put in the address (URL) or in usage counts. The result is saved only on your device when you download it, and the download name never reuses your original file name (for example sajinbaro-500x250.jpg). When you close the page, the image and the result are cleared from memory.
Camera information in the original (EXIF) is usually not carried into the re-saved file, but this has not been confirmed in every case, so its removal is not guaranteed.
2. Information stored in your browser
Only how many times an image was chosen in this tab (a number) and whether a feature notice has already been shown are kept in the browser’s session storage (sessionStorage). Images are never stored in browser storage, and the browser deletes these records when you close the tab. No cookies are used.
3. Access logs
This site is served from a web server managed by the operator. For security and troubleshooting, the server records the IP address, requested address, time, previous page address and browser information of each request. These logs are deleted automatically after 36 days. Images and file names are never part of an address, so they never appear in the logs. The operator uses the logs only for security checks and the usage counts described below.
4. Usage counts and ads
No third-party analytics (such as Google Analytics) are used.
To improve the service, only counts of actions — choosing an image, pressing convert or download, opening a feature notice — are written to the access log above, together with the tool and the page language. Images, file names, dimensions and file sizes are never included, and no cookies or personal identifiers are used.
No ads are shown at present. If ads or analytics tools are introduced, this policy will be updated first.
5. Launch notices (Korean pages, optional)
The Korean pages offer an optional email signup for upcoming features. It is not offered on the English pages. For those who sign up, the email address, the feature, marketing consent, signup and confirmation times and a coarse referral category are kept for up to one year (unconfirmed signups are deleted after 48 hours, and addresses are deleted within 30 days after the launch notice or immediately on unsubscribe). Addresses are stored encrypted. Email delivery is handled by Gabia Inc. (Hiworks).
